Craig Stewart here ; hope all is well with you and that my last Sinking Ship email found its way to Secretary of HUD Marcia Fudge ; there are many people scared for their Safety and Retaliation from Management here at Atrium at Collegetown Atlanta Ga.

My door has been kicked in more than once - I've had over $4000 in laptops stolen from my apartment at various times ; 2 laptops due to Head of Maintenance replacing lock incorrectly ; rampant distribution of tenant keys ; example Bed bug guy always escorted by one or more employees yet roach spray guy gets master key to tenant's apartments .

For 3 years retaliation against me has been refusal to replace faulty refrigerator , the top (freezer) part worked yet the bottom did not - they tried to Canabalize it 3 times without success ; when Robin got tired of me complaining she told me " go buy your own if you don't like it we don't have the money - Supply Chain Problems '' I went and bought 3 small ( student size ) as we tenants could see Management buying so much stuff as if single handedly trying to keep Amazon in business ; lots of big box orders . DAILY I had to rotate 30 water bottles and 6 Gel Packs from top to bottom to keep food in the bottom part cool . ( for 3 years) , just got one last week after the Head Maintenance and Helper examined it 3 times . I will send photos .

As I write this Email to you Robin ( receptionist ) has never been to my door Now Need me to sign Inspection form ( Retaliation by Management for calling the CEO of Mercy informing him of situation ) as well as asking for cards of office employees yesterday of which she told me (Froidian slip) " i don't think they have to give name cards to you " I responded I'm a Tenant .

Now as I'm writing to you Stephanie Davis mgr . Extreme Retalitory actions of everything about me - even Breathing, just knocked on my door trying to start an argument about what Residence Assistant told her ??? So Much for tenant Quiet Enjoyment - Last 2 weeks she came after a meeting I called about her Constantly Harassing me ; to Flash Inspect my apartment ; said " I'm going to call the Fire Marshall " and put you out . Lisa and 2 other DCA Inspector said nothing about my apartment except roach droppings ( didn't see any Roaches ) and back window in bedroom needs fireman access of which I did immediately " nothing about Clutter or how my place is set up " Mercy people make up rules yet they show you those rules in writing or they will take a few words out of sentence . Some time ago i asked Residence services to write major complaint about Stephanie Davis and her Assistant - she came back next day with 6 probation rulings against me . In Short - Retaliation .

Right now I'm in fear of what Stephanie and Mercy is trying to do to me " put me out " I can't concentrate to finish this email .

Much more to come - because I don't know who is exactly in charge of Atrium at College town I'll have to sue AHA(Atlanta Housing Authority ) and Mercy Housing . I have no choice in this one Email account I have over 345,000 contacts - I can Dominate Google and Youtube ; I have no choice but to fight - all I wanted was the $ for Proper therapy and Mercy Housing answer is to Harass me in every form one can think of . They really don't have a clue what I can do through Social Media - Internet marketing - Guerilla Marketing - Regular media - Speaking Engagements and since I have no money; Fundraising - I have Ties to Stacy Abrams and her groups ect...ect... I just want to live in Peaceful Comfort .

I will fight , My Mother is from Selma Alabama - at 13 I was at the Bridge I've seen evil many times in my live - even traveled around the country to save Eddie Carthan of Chula Mississippi who won election was jailed by lies, they wanted to Lynch him ; I was part of Advocates that protected him - got him Justice . " I WILL FIGHT "

I also know there should be Bad Actor clauses to Mercy's $45 million loan from PNC and Truist bank with others . Somebody better tell Ismel Guerro I'm no light weight - tell him to call his Dogs off me because I got Lions, Tigers, and Bears on my side .

Very Sincerely

Craig Freeman Stewart - 678 - 665 - 4473

An old bus is repurposed into a shelter, partially covered by a makeshift awning. It is parked under the shade of trees, with branches and leaves surrounding it. A small path of stone tiles leads to the entrance, while a detached green hanging tire can be seen nearby. The ground around is dry and sandy, suggesting a rustic or possibly rural setting.
